PLEASE NOTE: a 24 hour notice for medication refills, prescription fax, vaccine records etc. is required! Please do not call with these requests and expect it to be done within the hour. If you have left a message or spoken with a staff member already, calling back multiple times a day will only slow us down. Please have patients! Leave a voicemail if you cannot get through right away and someone will call you back! If you are not satisfied with the response time please feel free to join our team and help us out!
We realize that everyone is returning to their communities now but we do not have dates for us to return to those towns at this time! We will let you all know when that can and will happen! Thank you all for your patience and we will see you soon!

To all of our NWT clients, the clinic in Fort Smith is cancelled of course so we will get you all in at the next clinic up there. We cannot currently call properly to any NWT phone number, it won’t go through. Feel free to see us in High Level if you are passing through or else we will see you all next month! Stay safe!

Also, please be advised that depending on the appointment that Dr.Stickney and his staff are in, there many be a wait for order pickups.

Please be advised that we are booking up to 2 weeks in advance for appointments. We also require a 24 hour notice for medication refills.
The clinic will be closed for the holidays from December 24- January 2 and our boarding service will not be provided this year at that time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
