Evrim Resources Corp. was formed in 2010 after it acquired nine projects in the Sonora, Durango and Sinaloa states in Mexico. The projects, totalling 885 square kilometres in size, are quality early stage targets prospective for Evrim's joint venture business model, that leverages exploration success through several active programs using the capital resources of other companies. Evrim also acquired a 100% interest in a proprietary database offering a pipeline of idea generation that is multifaceted and relies on the latest technology and exploration techniques while simultaneously combining those techniques with conventional methods of exploration. Under the joint venture/prospect generator model, Evrim's continual mandate will be to acquire and create data in Mexico and elsewhere, and turn that data into ideas and targets. Through this model, Evrim will be able to continue to grow and develop these new targets, while minimizing risk to our shareholders. This in turn translates to exposing our shareholders to greater potential for success.
