RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and understand blueprints and drawings to execute a plan for plumbing, gas and heating system
Cut, assemble and install pipes with attention to existing infrastructure
Install and maintain water supply systems
Locate and repair issues on water supply lines
Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
Be able to install, service and trouble-shoot boilers, hot water heaters and any gas fired burner appliance when needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a plumber
Solid understanding of water distribution and DWW systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings
Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship
Class 5 driver’s license with a clean, safe record
Highly motivated, self-driven individual who has a strong work ethic
