Main floor renovation completed for a valued return client.

Everything from new flooring, popcorn removal, new kitchen, refinishing stairs, new fireplace, and so much more.

The main floor went from dull builder grade to a bright and functional space. A brand new full kitchen including gas stove top and built-in oven and microwave. A new modern fireplace wall with a mitered mantle for a custom one of a kind look. New large format tiles in the foyer and beautiful hand scraped engineered hardwood throughout. Popcorn removal with updated potlights and beautifully refinished stairs to match the flooring. Powder room got a full makeover with a touch of color.

Bold as brass!

Our wonderful client entrusted us in bringing her vision to life. With a beautiful custom vanity, and bold riobel fixtures, this bathroom went from dingy and dull to sleek and elegant. Includes a curbless entry showcasing a herringbone design with a nice brass trim to compliment the fixtures along the bottom of the glass

Client wanted to take out this old, out dated en-suite and make sure they had the following;

- bright with clean lines
- curbless
- spa like feel
- free standing tub
- 72" vanity
- modern with large format tiles

We had a lot of fun on this one, and couldn't be happier with the result.

We were contracted here to convert a small bathroom into a fully functional Accessibility bathroom for a wonderful client of ours here in Milton.

This was an older house, so there were a few limitations on what we could do.

We removed a walk-in closet in the adjacent bedroom, adding roughly 6 ft. to the existing bathroom. We couldn't lower the floor in the shower due to it being right above the furnace and all sorts of plumbing/heating lines. We raised the floor instead to create our curbless entryway and used a schluter ramp at the doorway.

The specs called for 4ft X 4ft for the shower space but we decided to give the client a little more room for comfort. The shower sits at roughly 5.5 ft x 5.5 ft with a wall to wall 5" ledge.

We built a custom sink meeting all wheelchair requirements and finished with the same grey porcelain told used for the floor.

Did some built-in niches just outside the shower for toiletries and towels. The idea was to minimize anything that would obstruct the wheelchair without compromising storage too much.

Finally, the client asked us to install some ikea cabinetry above the door for extra storage.

We're beyond happy with the result and the clients' reaction when they got home. To create a comfortable space and, more importantly, a functional space and to see how much it impacts this family is a reward in itself.
