Come and join us on Sun Sept 4 for the Dash for Kids!!! There will be running races for all ages and abilities, including a 400 meter, 1 mile, and 5km 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️. Proceeds go to SickKids Hospital and JCC’s inclusionary services. There’s something for everyone- including kids activities and an ice cream truck 🍦

The youth dominated the races this year, taking the gold in both the 5km and the 1 mile. Us adults better start training for next year to show these kids how it’s done 😜
