I posted a while back about how balance work can be more beneficial than strength alone in the context of rehabbing a sprained ankle. This is a great exercise that challenges your core and your balance. Although I am not doing it here, doing it in socked or bare feet will also work the muscles in your feet. Grab a weight and pass it around your hips.
