From managing expectations to setting personal growth goals to working with team dynamics, Lauren will offer both personal practices and class exercises that can be applied within class and competition settings.

Today the dance community is in shock.
We all woke up learning of the loss of Stephen “tWitch” Boss.
To say this incredible man left a legacy would be an understatement. His positive impact will continue to be felt.
