We meet at the beach and play lively music to accompany the sunset. You can find us opposite the Sylvia hotel.
Good news!
I found a competent and pleasant helper to get me back standing up and walking without the mobility walker: I hired a Personal Trainer. This young woman has over 10 years experience working with seniors and with persons with health issues, such as diabetes and other illnesses. Her unique approach includes help with nutrition and diet and draws on spirituality and traditional healing modalities such as Yoga.
