Like most small businesses, we have all been eagerly awaiting the news!
Our association officially received confirmation from the Chief of Staff and the Director of Stakeholder Relations to the Minister of Health that Osteopathic Manual Practitioners in Ontario will be included in Ontario's Step 1.
The Government has announced that Step 1 will start this Friday, June 11. So we have been finally given the green light! 😁🚦 
Our online booking is open! Appointments resuming for regular schedule Tuesday June 15 with a few extra times/dates (Friday June 11 & Monday June 14) to try and accommodate all those needing treatment!

Lauren Eskildsen, M.OMSc
Lauren is a classically trained Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton, Ontario with a Master of Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Science (M.OMSc). There, she gained a deep understanding of osteopathic principles and a more in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and mechanics of the human body.
Osteopathy is a holistic approach that uses gentle, soft-tissue manipulation to restore these abilities within the body. The human body has the amazing ability to self-heal and self-regulate and sometimes those abilities can be impaired or impeded by disease or structural imbalance. Every treatment is tailored to the patient’s specific anatomy and physiology to positively affect the function of the body’s nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems. It focuses on the cause of pain and dysfunction rather than on the symptoms.
