Waterfalls are some of my absolute favorite places on earth. I love everything about them. The cool, damp, invigorating freshness. The rushing sound, so peacefully loud that it drowns out all thought. The sacred, powerful, uplifting feeling. The healthful negative ions cleansing and purifying my being. The groundedness of the continuity - the falls rush on whether witnessed or not. Their cyclical nature, sometimes soft, at times raging. Truly SUPER natural. ○💦○

This day (Thursday) was also the first time in five years I was back in the town where I grew up. Saw many of the homes I've lived in, as well as my grandparent's houses. Wild seeing my old high school demolished, a football field in its place, and a new high school where the field used to be.

Have you ever dreamt a dream that is larger than you?
My partner Bryan and I have the honor of working with our counselor and spiritual mentor Michael to help bring profound teachings out into the world. Teachings on faith. On love. On doing what is good and true. On being a person, not simply our personalities. On true healing, from the inside out.
Working with Michael personally has been revelatory for me. I learn and grow constantly. Where there was confusion, understanding is now dawning. I'm humbled and grateful to be helping to share this work. An amazing part of helping to put this information together, is that I get to learn more every day.
We're in the early days of the Centre for Transformation, and yet it already feels so inspiring to be a part of.

Life can be extraordinarily difficult. May we learn through the lessons we are currently experiencing as life circumstances.
May we approach these challenges with courage and conviction of faith.

This is a week for aligning into nature and drifting out of fear and distractions.
Many of us have been feeling a lot of changes and up-leveling recently, particularly since the beginning of 2022 but also a heightening within the last week or so.
Our true essence (soul Self) and our ego self (personality, conditioning) are transforming. We are becoming more of who we truly are.
Many of us are feeling synchronicity and oneness on new levels. At times, we feel we are losing grip on a sense of individuality, of control which we once clung to, having it replaced by the intangible.
This can feel very exhilarating, calming, steadying, and unnerving.
The days of self pity, self depreciation and shame are gently ending. It's time to begin to truly our power, with reverence for all life, including our own. If you feel called to work with your solar plexus, now is a great time to do so.
It's a great time to be with all aspects of ourselves, with patience and steadiness. I'm hearing the message that trauma work can be very therapeutic at this time, if you feel drawn to engage in it. Breath work and shadow work can reap great gains in consciousness now too.
The natural world is ready and wanting to help us with our current metamorphosis. Make time for nature this week 🌲🏔️🌅 open your heart to the sun and celestial energies beaming love to you, and as you.
