Hello!!!
It's been a while, but I am still here!!
Moving is a TON of work and we're slowly getting settled in.
This week I cooked my first roast on the Traeger Grill, my dad upgraded his so naturally he felt called to gift us his old one as a house warming gift!
Bottom Round roast, seasoned with salt, pepper and Butchers Block! So easy!

It's my hubby's birthday today.. so he got to choose what's for dinner! BURGERS and Caesar salad!
Trying something new.. Tuscan Chicken.. but beef! Also love my burger press, tonight I will be dicing mushrooms and filling the burgers with cheese and mushrooms! Stay tuned for photos...
