With the holiday season over, it's time to get back to teaching. My favourite part is the surprise on everyone's face when they realize they just made their own beautiful and wearable jewelry. This past week was Trinity or Trio rings. Check out the success!

Purple Dahlia turquoise is beautiful and each piece completely unique. It's a composite of Arizona turquoise, spiny oyster, and bronze from the Kingman mine in Arizona.
Turquoise has always been a favourite of mine. I hang around the mailbox on delivery days. Nothing like an envelope full of beauty.

Love, love this stone. Pietersite is mined in Namibia and is a unique and rare stone when polished has a visual depth. Cabs like this, ready for jewelry, can reach prices of $100-$125 per stone. Darn worth it!

Lots of the rings I make have an open back like the ring here. This allows for a ring to be adjusted to a slightly bigger or smaller size. It also allows for people with larger knuckles to easily wear a ring.
