My Story
My mother is an interior decorator, so from a young age I was constantly exposed to the home renovation process. Whether it was something simple like painting, or my childhood favorite - knocking out walls, it always seemed like we had a project on the go. This experience gave me an eye for potential that carried into my adult life.
After purchasing my first home the process began again, and since then I don’t think there is a room in my house that hasn’t been redone. Seeing the value that it added to my own home sparked an interest in real estate investing, and my wife and I began to acquire rental properties to fix, and flip or rent. I realized that I genuinely enjoy the home shopping process from start to finish. Anyone who has purchased a home can agree there are very few things that beat the feeling you get when you have an offer accepted on a home you love.
In 2017 I decided to make the transition from a job that was good because it paid the bills to a job that is good because I love what I do. Now I get to share that home buying and selling experience with my clients and friends.
