Good evening everyone. Just found out there is a new form from CRA that must be completed if you own rental property. It is called a UHT. I’m not sure how it looks or works, I was just informed. Give me the weekend to do the research or you can go online to CRA UHT

Just a friendly reminder for small businesses. When dropping off your personal tax receipts and your sole proprietor business receipts, if you have a GST # please include your GST number as well as your access code so that we may file everything at the same time.

We will be doing in person returns, plus if you feel more comfortable you can still email us your documents.

Please make sure you check your online CRA account to make sure you have all your tax receipts. There are some receipts CRA doesn’t send out. They expect you to check online.

After 5 years of keeping our rates the same, we will be increasing the rates by 5.00 per return.
