Gather & Sip was created to facilitate customized wine tastings, wine seminars, food and wine pairings, menu creation and general socialization around still, sparkling and fortified wines from around the world.
Fantastic first event last evening! Thank you to all of the guests and special thanks to Brad for the amazing food pairings.
The theme for the event was "Cool Climate" and "Warm Climate"; same grape variety.
We explored a beautiful Premiere Cru Chablis, Western Cape Capensis, Silente, Barossa Valley Shiraz and BC Syrah.
