This was a very special project for me to help bring awareness to Down Syndrome and
It was by far the most stressful but rewarding custom set I have ever been asked to do. I created 10 unique sock sets where each sock is a different colour and comes with two matching minis. They are called Designer Genes.
Scroll through the pictures to see the beautiful twins that inspired me for these colours ❤️❤️
Please contact Natasha to purchase your set. She should have them on the website soon but be patient as she is opening up a new store and has to chase these two year olds around.

Ok. This post is EXTREMELY late. I am finally posting after . It was an amazing show. This year Jody was with Izzy racing at Mission Raceway Park so I had to set up by myself. But, thank goodness for amazing friends. .studios .craft.pod was there to save the day and helped me so much. We got caught up a bit and had some laughs.
I was waiting for Melissa from to show up and was able to meet her. She came all the way from Ottawa. I didn’t gut much time to walk around but when I did, I grabbed these two beautiful braids from and a beautiful skein from . These aren’t going to stay long in my stash.
Looking forward to next year in Calgary.

I have finally started knitting my first pair of socks. This is a mix of a few patterns that I put together. I am loving them. I was so excited to start that I didn’t have the right size needles and that is why there were some changes.
This new colourway is a bright bold spin on a beautiful park called Cosens Bay on Kal Lake.
K’nmaĺka? Sәnqâĺtәn - the word K’nmaĺka?, which Kalamalka Lake received its name after, is the name of an Okanagan/Syilx Chief who lived on the shores of the northern part of the lake.
