Vanilla Crescent Cookie, known as Vanilla Kipferl, is a traditional European Christmas treat.
A shortbread type vanilla cookie made with lots of ground almonds and dusted with fine powder sugar, it is the epitome of all our memories of Oma’s fine baking!

This traditional German Fruit & Nut Cake is also called Hutzelbrot or Schnitzbrot.
We bake our Hutzelbrot with locally grown, organic spelt and organic rye flour, almonds and dried fruits like pears, plums, apricots and raisins, all of which are soaked in locally distilled rum.
This cake is a true favourite for many of our customers year round!

This bread is made with organic cracked rye kernels and organic 100% whole grain Kamut™️ and rye flour. A special, low temperature, slow cook process steams the grains instead of baking them. This process creates a nutritious and highly digestible whole grain bread.
Organic Kamut™️ and Organic Rye grains are not gluten free but are great alternative grains to include in once diet instead of today’s highly processed and modified wheat grains. Many people with mild gluten sensitivity this bread to be easier to digest.

The Basler Leckerli or Basler Läckerli is a spiced honey cake cut into squares or small rectangles. Originating from Basel, Switzerland, it is a softer gingerbread with a light sugar glaze.
