What I realize now is that habits change your identity and you have to figure out what works for you by trial and error. The key is to keep habits small and consistent.
Challenges are all around us, learning to navigate through them and finding what works, while keeping things simple, makes this process less intense.

Fetal is one of my favourites and it’s also been known to increase circulation.
Log is also known to cut down on sleep apnea as well as help you with back pain.

🍍Summer is all about the smoothies and the endless fruit platters.
One way to enjoy your fruit is to pair it with a protein to control the glucose levels. All carbohydrate-containing foods have some form of sugar, which is converted into glucose during digestion and becomes energy for your cells.
