Yes, the charcuterie board on our menu can be upsized for entertaining! The menu size is recommended for sharing for 2 people. Pics show larger versions equal to 2 boards (for 4 people) and 3 boards (for 6 people) all featuring our charcuterie + homemade accompaniments (woodfired buns included but not pictures, can be left off if gf).

Our Story
A little bit of our story...
We started Peasant's Pantry in 2011/2012 with a home-based processing facility to make specialty meats/charcuterie using local meat and no fillers, focusing on traditional recipes and high quality. We sold our products at farmers' markets, but by spring of 2014 it became clear that we needed more space and staff to keep up with our growing business. We purchased and renovated the former location of The Highwayman Restaurant, which had been vacant on Highway 12 in New Ross for some time. The vision was to relocate and expand our business as a traditional deli: continuing to practice nose-to-tail butchery to produce our specialty meats, but also to offer butcher cuts and provide a menu for eat-in and take-out, made from scratch in-house with an emphasis on local ingredients. We opened in time for Canada Day weekend 2014 and it has been exciting as the vision became a reality. We are so happy with New Ross as the home for Peasant’s Pantry.
