Just got back from an amazing trip with on the .film.academy ⛵

The past week has been filled with and an amazing crew of like minded all looking to take the next step in visual storytelling.

My knowledge of making beer is slightly knowing that is has something to do with the word hops.. It was really cool to meet the head brewer josh at Farmhouse Brewing co. His understanding of brewing really changed my perspective on what goes into making a great beer.
Josh takes the time to understand the different flavor palates of different foods in order to come up with new types of beer. I'm really fascinated with the level of complexity that goes into brewing.

Without a doubt you need to head over to farmhouse and try one of their amazing sours!

All of this is possible because they had a custom brewer installed by Cru Brewing Systems which gives them the freedom to make such awesome beers.

I had a great time filming with Brent from Soapbox Studios and I look forward to working with more him in the future.

She was such a great person to interview and it was really nice to learn about how community driven they are. From fresh ingredients for their firestone oven to the ingredients used in making great beers, they truly pride themselves on locally sourced ingredients.
