🌈Participants of ’s 2024 Performing Arts and Q***r Justice Camp are getting ready to perform at Folk On The Rocks this weekend with and Kay Sibbeston! You can catch them at 1:00pm at the Cabin Radio Stage.

This is a free five-day camp for 2SLGBTQIPA+, questioning, and allied youth, aged 16-30, to discuss and learn about social justice, create music and spoken word pieces, and perform them!

🚴🏼‍♀️Bike to Folk On The Rocks!!

This year, for the first time, the highway coming from town to the Folk On The Rocks site will have a protected bike lane from Highway 3 and Old Airport Road on the North Side (the side that FOTR is on). Communities in Motion has organized some group bike ride times (Bike Jams) to help people on bicycles safely travel to and from the FOTR site.

Check out Big Blue this Thursday, 12pm, at Centre Square Mall! The performance will take place by the stairs to the gym – just follow the music!

Big Blue (Ben Cornel) is smooth-flowing music written under blue skies and big water. He mixes together fingerstyle folk playing with soulful songwriting in this singer-songwriter solo project. Born and raised in Montreal, Ben has been an active musician for over a decade.

We've had some questions recently about ticket selling and we're here to clarify a few things!

- You can edit ticket holder info on Eventbrite so the name on the ticket matches the person who bought it from you.
- You can also use the Eventbrite app to share individual tickets with others by tapping on the 3 dots on the top right above the ticket and using text, email and other methods.
- Once the ticket is scanned it will no longer work.
- If you are sharing QR codes, be sure to know who's is who's.
