After just over 2 years of being The Beauty Girl Next Door, I feel as though this chapter of my life has come to an end. ⁣

When I started doing makeup, I felt like The Beauty Girl Next Door was a good name for my business because that’s who I was, I was the girl next door and I did makeup.⁣

But now, as I am almost halfway through my time at Blanche MacDonald, I feel much more serious about my work and just didn’t connect with the girl next door vibes anymore. ⁣

For those of you who don’t know, I moved to Vancouver about a week ago to continue my education at Blanche Macdonald ⁣

You may not know this but I have dry, super sensitive, eczema prone skin so finding products that work for me is extremely difficult. After a lot of trial and error, I finally have my perfect arsenal of skin products. ⁣
⁣
First off, I’d like to give a shoutout to Tina of for introducing me to half these products as well has the art of face massage/jade rolling. ⁣
⁣
Next, I just want to say that these are not the only products I use, just the ones I find myself reaching for most often. I have a few masks and serums I switch between, depending on how my skin is feeling and what issues I want to target. ⁣
⁣
Bottom line: listen to your skin!! Everyone’s skin is different so if you’re going to buy a product because it cleared your friends acne, it may not work for you! Don’t get discouraged though, it took me quite a while to find the right equation of products but I’m glad I figured it out!! ⁣
