Little update on the kitchen Reno completed

We have started a full kitchen Reno with a
Dining room and powder room make over ,
Keep checking in for more progress each week .
First and part of second week we were able to rip out , ply floors , ruff in electrical, ruff in plumbing , the hold up now is with the city on permits hopefully we see these Monday my customer thought 8 weeks to complete i said 4 so now it could be 5 fingers crossed .

Basement Laundry Make Over

At first my Customer was going to have the lay out the same but once we started to demo things, I had a change of plan to hide the laundry pair and make it look more like a bathroom than a laundry shared bathroom , Custom Glass designed Supplied and install by .

The Toy Cave , We also offer CAR PAINT PROTECTION FILM INSTALL you might know it as clear bra it protects the front of you Vehicle from road debris like small stones and rocks it can also be applied to the full area of the vehicle , we are a Xpel installer . Nice little Bathroom Renovation completed. booking for 2/3rd of next year, so don't wait to get an Estimate then get it now .

Due to material hold ups I'm doing what I can to complete jobs, just a glimpse of what's to come Toilet we are waiting for this is the old one .

Main floor Reno Including new ceilings electrical pot lights flooring and paint work trim and casings Kitching designed by sarnia division,kitchen was supplied and installed from home hardware, but the rest was us,If you do not need a kitchen but you have friends that do please pass it along thank you very much.

This was a Christmas Gift for one lucky customer, not form me but from themselves, work carried out by us , removed tile throughout the home and replace with luxury vinyl tile with real grout lines painted main floor And fitted new kitchen designed and installed by , ironically and yes we do kitchens.
