So honoured yesterday to participate in a relay team with and at the Maine Tri for a Cure! I did my first ocean swim in a triathalon! Thank you so very much to all those generous people who supported me financially and emotionally. I am ten years free of breast cancer. This event was so inspiring and meaningful for me. The support, community and camaraderie of this event touched me.

Today was the last day of at their Biddeford location. Next week coach Chris Gahm and community move to a new larger location. Congratulations Chris on your expansion. The combo of physical activity and friendships have saved my life many times. Very grateful for the unique community Livfit has amassed. Excited for the next chapter!
