For me, it's the little things in life that make a big emotional impact. I like to keep things around that make me smile. Do you surround yourself with things that bring you joy and happiness?

For me to survive hectic days, you know like take December 25th for example 😏 I need to schedule in some serious downtime 🥱 I hope you’re able to take whatever quiet time you need to get through the holidays in one piece.

We need to spend less time emotionally beating ourselves up for underperforming, and more time praising what we do get done. Did you give yourself a well deserved pat on the back today?
