Good morning, if your child forgot something yesterday at school we are open today during the school day.
Just a reminder that there is NO hot lunch tomorrow. The canteen is also closed.
If you have indicated that your child is new to our school next year - please send in your registration form as soon as possible if you haven't already :) We are in the office until 3:00pm on Friday! Registration forms can be completed online as well.

Grade 8s went on a field trip to participate in the Traditional Graduation Powwow in Fort Qu’Appelle.

On Tuesday June 4, Pilot Butte School will be hosting our annual JDRF walk.
Please wear BLUE on June 4th to support our staff and students living with Type 1 Diabetes!
JDRF is the leading global organization funding Type 1 Diabetes research. If you would like to donate to this cause, please send $1 that day.
Track & Field season has officially wrapped up for our Bears. This year, we had 34 athletes in grade 7&8. They showcased talents in a variety of areas and we had participants in all of the events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, high jump, long jump, triple jump, shot put, discus and javelin. We are very proud of all our athletes for their commitment and improvement this season.
Several athletes placed in the top 5 at Zones, and 8 athletes advanced to Districts.

The “EYES” team came out to Pilot Butte! EYES is a science and engineering education program for youth in Regina and southern Saskatchewan. Here the students are learning about ‘sensational seasons’ and 'robots'!

Track & Field practice for grade 7-8 is CANCELLED for Tuesday, May 7th. There will still be practice on Wednesday and Thursday!
If you have a child who will be new to Pilot Butte School in September, please contact the school for registration information. Having accurate numbers ensures we are planning appropriately for staffing, which comes upon us quickly in the spring. If you are on our pre-registration list you will have received updated information about registration.
If you know of new families to the community, please help us spread the word! Registration forms can be emailed to families, and an online registration process is now available on pvsd.ca. and our school website! 🙂
