It could mean more buildings on smaller lots, cost savings for property owners, increased safety for people and the natural environment, and higher-density building projects like seniors’ residences, apartments, and even more affordable and accessible housing. My Story
My name is Aaron Clayton and I have been in the home building/renovation business for 30 years and I take pride in every job I am involved in. Fortunately I was born into a family of Carpenters, I started out learning how to frame homes from my Uncle, who was a very well respected Custom Home Builder in Thunder Bay, and I was able to acquire fine carpentry and furniture building skills by working along side my Dad starting at a very young age. I am a partner of Clayton Flooring Inc. in Kingston and a Tarion Warranty registered home builder. My expectation is to be able to drive by the Custom Homes we build in 20 years, and have them look as good as they did the day we handed the keys over to the new owner. I have great respect for original carpentry and work with only the best sub-trades, this is how I can ensure all the work that has been done in your home is the quality of work that I would expect as if the home were my own. My close ties with Clayton Flooring Inc. allows you to choose from the highest quality of floor coverings. We specialize in building slab-on-grade homes using an in-floor radiant heating system, and I would be excited to share details with you on why I feel these are superior homes.
