To everyone who is now following, to new fans and friends, for all the shares, likes and positivity, a huge hug and rejoicing THANK YOU! 2018 was a year of big ups and some serious opportunities. Ron’s Kitchen began with baked bread and rolls, small catering and custom manufacturing of culinary foods that sparked meal plans from the busy hockey families to the all-new Ron’s Keto Kitchen.
This FB page is dedicated to offering an online marketplace to help plan your lifestyle of lowing and eliminating as much carbohydrate intake that you want and can. Ketosis is a normal metabolic process, something your body does to keep working. When it doesn't have enough carbohydrates from food for your cells to burn for energy, it burns fat instead.
Ron’s Kitchen began in 2017 in Leduc Alberta and has now grown into a larger location 30 minutes west of Leduc. This allowed Chef Ron Wigington to begin offering 7 days a weekly meal plan service, kitchen training in your own food prep, baking and any other exciting opportunities available. One of them is the most important and that is delivered straight to your door. Be it bread, meal kits, subscribed meal plans or serving the senior community, Chef Ron will ensure all orders are delivered to your desired location.
