Final tally on the sales for Cory's little anglers. The last order was picked up yesterday and brings it to an end. Thanks to all you wonderful Maritimers who purchased one shirt to coming twice to buy multiple items you are all awsome. The grand total raised was $605!!
Till now I have purchased:
14 fishing rods
7 containers of trout bait
And more to come
There was 25 bobbers purchased and given to me as a donation, and a nice guy at cabelas who donated $10 while I was shopping.
Again I would like to thank everyone, and hope 2023 has gone well so far.
Hope everyone had a great Christmas, I just wanted to update on the fundraiser for the Cory's little anglers. We are currently at $325 raised and we still have a couple days left. It will end on the 31st, so if you haven't yet take a look at our last post and help a great non-profit in memory of a great human. Thanks to all who have purchased and will make another update on a total after the new year. Happy Holidays!!!

Hello Maritimers!
With Christmas right around the corner, you might find yourself stuck trying to find a gift for someone or you might just be looking to add to your wardrobe. Although we have not been very active, and have limited stock on some items, we do still have some available.
Not only finish your Christmas shopping but also help a great program called Cory's little anglers. This year I spent a bit of time fishing and I had the pleasure of meeting alot of great people. One of those great people was Cory, a man who loved fishing and everything about fishing. Unfortunately Cory passed away, but a guys in the fishing comunity stepped up. He started a none-profit called Cory's little anglers in his memory, where kids can come out and try some fishing. This guy also has a page called East Coast Bass Addix filled with amazing people. They are looking for any donation of fishing rods/combos, they can be new, used, or even slightly broken (broken tip, reel needing some TLC) also some tackle for any kind of fishing.
So I decided, that for all sales from now till the 31st, I will be taking 50% and buying as much as I can to help this great cause.
In the past couple of years we were forced to shut down our web page and online store due to sales not covering the cost of keeping them going. So for anyone outside of HRM who would like to purchase anything feel free to message and we can discuss shipping and how much it would be. Anyone in the HRM area there will be free delivery to your door and for anyone in the Clare or Yarmouth area I will be in that area for the holidays and can bring your orders with me. If anyone has any questions feel free to send a private message.

We have been fairly quiet on here. While we do have quite a bit of stock left we were unable to put any more money into making new clothing and improving our current designs. We started in mid 2019 and then Covid hit. It hit us hard financially as we were out of work and without markets and events to go to in 2020 we had to put the clothing business to the side. We invested a lot into this and are deeply saddened that we can’t release new items for the foreseeable future.
We thank those that have supported us and really hope to release more clothing once we get back on our feet.

We are a couple and our story is like many others, we grew up in small towns -- Yarmouth, NS & Meteghan, NS to be exact. We moved to Halifax, NS for work and have been there for 8 years. We have traveled throughout the Maritimes and are amazed at the beautiful landscapes and kindness of people in these provinces. We have met many people that have moved here from abroad and they can't believe how helpful and welcoming people are here and that they made the right choice. We had always thought of making a clothing line representing the Maritimes but one day we decided to do it. The name was first and it just came to us immediately. Next was what could represent the Maritimes effectively and we chose Lighthouses since the first one in Canada was built in Cape Breton. We have many historic lighthouses here that locals like to visit and tourists come from all over the world to see them. We hope our line reflects the Maritimes and the pride people have to live here. After all no matter where you live you will always be a Maritimer at heart.
