Starting her early life as a young woman in Germany, Stephanie spent the first part of her life travelling the world and being inspired by culture. In fitting with a love for travel, Stephanie began her career in hospitality, growing with several hotel properties and event venues before landing with PEAK in 2018.

After seeing, attending and loving so many things about events; through working with various venues, she experienced more about what happens behind the scenes. Stephanie fell in love with the industry, joined PEAK and hasn’t looked back since. Combining her 15 year background in hospitality, more recent knowledge of event production as well as her experience with venue bookkeeping, Stephanie’s is perfectly suited to manage our AR department.

As a major support to our growing team and client partners, Stephanie’s specialized role is essential to the growth of our company.

Adam has a 25-year background in Event Production and joined PEAK as our Director of Sales at the beginning of 2020. From humble beginnings as a young man; running a local DJ service - to today; helping to produce world class Experiential Activations, Conferences, Festival Stages and more recently, diverse Virtual Productions. He has managed hundreds of complex, multi-layer projects, many with unique thematic elements and challenges.

Adam is the primary contact and account lead for many of our clients. He is known for his dedication to his client’s objectives and is relied upon to ensure a comfortable and positive experience throughout the pre-planning, ex*****on and follow-up of any project. Adam values building client partnerships and long-lasting professional relationships. He is often the first to hear (or provide) those crazy, creative, dream ideas and is known to have thoughtful solutions toward making those dreams a tangible reality.

Kam joined the PEAK team this past March bringing with her a passion for Stagecraft and 5 years of event production experience including lighting, sound, video, and warehouse management. After graduating from the Douglas College Stagecraft and Event Technology program Kam moved on and completed her degree in Wales at the Trinity Saint David/University of Wales.

Kam enjoys learning new things and putting that new found knowledge to use working with her colleagues to create positive and long lasting experiences for our clients. 

We're hoping that Kam continues to break barriers as a Woman of Colour in the events industry and are proud to be a part of that journey.

Nathan has worked in video, lighting, audio for live and virtual productions for over 10 years. Previously an AV Technician in Canada and internationally, this world of hybrid events merges multiple passions to coexist with excellence. As an editor, camera operator, lighting designer for video, content creator, and audio recording specialist, he has the ability to understand and elevate the productions we have him work on.

Having a well rounded skill set across multiple production areas has made him an integral member and supporter of the team here at PEAK. When virtual productions first started to take hold and dominate in the year 2020 he focused on bringing all he could to help us raise the bar as we continued to deliver spectacular shows to our clients.

As a form of continued professional development, Nathan regularly partakes in on location shooting of TV shows and commercial video, graphic design, live streaming educational discord events, RPAS piloting, and more nuanced film and TV post production finalizing.

A regular contributing member of Team PEAK since early 2020, Nathan is continuing to bring value to you, our clients, with each and every challenge we overcome.

Richard has worked internationally in the live event industry for almost a decade in a wide range of capacities.

With a focus on all things Video Production, his skills have afforded him work on major projects throughout North America and Australia.

As an experienced operator of a plethora of professional video equipment, Richard is always busy travelling across Canada and the United States to manage our clients’ events.

His determination, attention to detail, and eagerness to expand his skillset makes him the right fit for this role on our team. When offered the challenge, Richard puts forth every effort to produce the best outcome available for our productions. From large outdoor music festivals to trade shows and ballroom galas, Richard has seen it all.

Thoughtful and intelligent design inspires him. He works hard to see great planning come together in order to produce a memorable experience. Richard strives to bring a creative factor to his work with PEAK to ensure our clients’ events are cutting edge and exceptional.

Chris has been working in the event production industry for over 8 years, quickly moving from a skilled multi-disciplined technician to an accomplished Production Manager. He has managed a number of high-profile events throughout Canada, while maintaining a successful working relationship with his clientele and working teams. Starting off his career he found his passion for live music as a musician quickly translated to running the audio for many events. After some time Chris took his skills to dive deep into both Lighting and Video where his enthusiasm for creativity blossomed and gave him a substantial base into managing all aspects for live events.

His many events would not fit on a single page but some of the notable projects from the past year are: The Ride to Conquer Cancer, Capilano University 50th Anniversary Celebration, Aurora Winter Festival (Vancouver), UBC/AMS Events Spring and Fall Concerts, Dragon Boats Festival (Vancouver), For Children We Care Gala (BC Children’s Hospital Foundation).

Clients often describe Chris as “passionate and enthusiastic” and he can't wait to work on your next event.

We've recently opened up a location in Las Vegas, NV and we're looking for Installation Technicians. Having Dante 3, QSC QSYS Level 1, and/or CTS or CTS-I certification and a low voltage ticket are assets but not required.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Installing electrical or computer equipment such as flat screen displays, projectors, lighting fixtures, control surfaces, tablets, and computers.

-Work with and troubleshoot challenges with existing equipment.

-Test old and new installation connections.

-Provide the client with written and verbal operating instructions.

-Clean up after the installation is complete.

-Organize and maintain installation inventory stock levels.

-Have access to your own tools and PPE.

-Must have a valid drivers license.

Brendan has been working in the event production industry for over a decade and has travelled around the world while doing it. Brendan excels in both the Lighting and Rigging fields, taking on many large projects working with a variety of different clients and companies. He has managed a number of high-profile events throughout North America, while maintaining a successful working relationship with his clientele and working teams.

Starting off his career he found his passion for live events at a young age putting on shows for his family, although not realizing he could make a career out of it until he was in College. Brendan enrolled and graduated the Stagecraft and Event Technologies Program from Douglas College and immediately took his skills to dive deep into both Lighting and Rigging where his enthusiasm for creativity blossomed and gave him a substantial base into managing all aspects for live events.

Brendan’s core capabilities along with a successful, accelerated career path has led him to earn the role as Operations Manager of PEAK Technologies, Burnaby.
