My biggest achievement was last year, when I learned how many French-speaking countries there were. This inspired me to create a full week of fun activities, food and music for everyone in Vic High to learn about different cultures. The week was called FRANCOFUN.

I would say that learning French improves students' confidence to express themselves in a varied and profound way by giving them a platform to better articulate themselves, not only in French but in their native language. Finally, I believe that this program is an incredible and free opportunity for young people who want to explore the bilingual culture of Canada.
