🔥 Upcoming Abundance Workshop 🔥
We will stretch, gently move our bodies, and connect the breathe with deep intention. Using the powerful connection of our intentions with yoga techniques, we will learn to release unnecessary stangnace and let ABUNDANCE FLOW.
We will work on letting go of:
• Negative thoughts
• Pain from the past
• Limiting beliefs/Not feeling worthy enough
🔥... To let powerful energy in for 🔥
• More vibrant health
• Wealth and/or business to flow more freely
• Relationships to feel more harmonious
• Achieving goals with graceful success
Often we face overwhelm in our environment that can create massive blockage to the flow of possibility.
We can unknowingly create these barriers out of subconscious fear during this overwhelm, which can affect the flow of abundance.
Becoming conscious of this then applying simple techniques to solve it is easy to integrate into daily life!
All ages + skill levels are welcome.
You will also receive a physical or PDF copy of the techniques to take home, so you won't skip a beat!

Happy Summer Solstice + Indigenous Day my friends 💛🌞
I just want to take a moment to share how much I have missed spending time teaching yoga this year. I am grateful for the few rare moments I've been able to, but gosh I miss being able to do it more often. My focus had to shift to many big life events that have been flowing through my life. Although this is so, I miss teaching dearly.
Anyhoo, I am so happy to finally be able to share that I am putting together a workshop that is happening soon! I will announce the details asap. I have a space booked for Sunday afternoon on July 10th. I am just developing the remaining details to make it something special. If you have any suggestions for what you'd like to learn or see, don't hesitate to reach out and share them. Currently I am working on content ideas along the lines of physical/emotional release to make space for abundance and fresh, powerful energy. I look so forward to seeing you, and this moment to teach again.
✨Save the date! July 10th @ 4:00pm✨
DM if you would like to pre-order a spot (as there is limited in-person availability)
*If you can not attend the class in person, I will make the lesson available live online also!

A gentle reminder for us all ✨
An interesting note on trauma memory loss, and the importance of (gently) exploring meditation • breathwork • and movement to help facilitate space for memory creation
https://www.facebook.com/656473371142935/posts/3583597778430465/
I have almost no childhood memories.
Most of my adult life (before my own healing journey began) is hazy memories at best.
It wasn’t until I had partners who pointed this out to me that I realized it fully.
I would run through my life + wonder, ‘Why don’t I remember anything?’
In pure transparency, there was a time when I wondered if I had been sexually assaulted or had some other “severe” trauma that gave me this lack of memory. This is part of my own conditioning as a psychologist— I believed something “big” must have happened to cause memory lapses.
What I would come to understand on my journey was that I began dissociating (physically being present, but mentally I was gone) since I was a child. Because my mom could not connect with me emotionally, it was a protection mechanism. There was also anxiety, chaos, + health crises without adults to model how to process them. Memories are formed through safe, secure attachment + nurturing. Something many of us don’t have access to.
So dissociation became a coping mechanism. I was always on autopilot, unconscious, never present, always distracted, always running scenarios in my head— this is the brains way of protecting us against future pain.
I’ve used meditation, breathwork, + movement daily for years to break the pattern of dissociating. Being present has allowed me to have the safety to create memories. Even having them is a personal victory for me.
If you do not have memories, understand this is a normal, protective human response. Healing does not require us to re-gain memories, + we don’t need to pinpoint the exact reason they don’t exist.
What we can do is relearn nervous system safety in the present moment + have an understanding that we we don’t remember is for our own protection
Love this advice.. and definitely something that I need to continue to learn, honor, and practice more of myself 🙃

Mantras can be a powerful way to fulfill this. A mantra is simply repeating a few words to yourself (silently or out loud) that affirm something that you would like improve on or solidify in your life. Slow, deep breath and focusing on your mantra will help deepen the intent.
Examples of mantras;
• "I am enough"
• "I am strong"
• "I accept peace"
It can be anything that you like, but keep the words positive (do not say a negative affirmation such as "I will not create negativity". If you want to set that parricular intention, change the wording to "I will create positivity").
Mantras can have a truly wonderful affect on your thoughts - uplifting your spirits and setting your goals and intentions in the right direction ❤
Why not take a deep breath, and try one out for yourself now? ✨
