BEWARE! I received a call from 877-214-5948 on February 27, 2024, (voice message was left as my cell automatically had it go to voicemail) in regards to a "personal banking issue with RBC and was told to call them back immediately .. at the end of the call, the caller said that it was not a fake call but legitimate. I didn't call the number back but did a Google search to see if it was a fake number .. and yes, it was! FAKE!!!

When Pi https://pi.ai/talk came out, we didn’t dig it. Neither did most. An investment of hundreds millions of dollars from Microsoft and Bill Gates resulted in … a slower ChatGPT with emojis?!

It turns out that Pi is actually phenomenal at its intended role: being “human”. https://pi.ai/talk

It asks questions, is empathetic, and has a personality (much like us). A refreshing mix-up from ChatGPT and other chatbots that sound robotic (much like other AI newsletters). Pi goes back-and-forth with you to unravel the cause of any issue. We’ve used it to talk through everything from business dilemmas to personal hardships.

Why it matters: Yes, ChatGPT remains supreme for most business-related tasks. But Pi could serve as a great resource to navigate more “sticky” scenarios that arise. Situations like firing someone, delivering critical feedback, or mediating team disputes.

It won’t replace your therapist, but it’s certainly a better option than trauma-dumping to your colleagues over 5pm cocktails on a Tuesday (we’ve all been there)…
