Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoicing Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Preparation: Generate and prepare accurate invoices for customers based on sales orders and delivery records.

• Verification: Verify the accuracy of invoices against orders and delivery notes, ensuring all charges are correctly applied.

• Data Entry: Enter and update invoice information in the company’s accounting and database systems.

• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding orders and invoice requests.

• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date files of all invoices and related documents.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on invoicing activities.

• Support: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as related to invoicing and accounts receivable.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding invoicing and financial transactions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient invoicing processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in accounting or office administration are a plus.

• Proven experience as an invoicing clerk or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with accounting software.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
