Bathroom update anyone?? Refreshed a master suite with better aesthetics, functionality, and quality for our loveliest of clients.

When your dog can't decide if she likes the weather or not...

Hi!!! It's been a while since I've posted.. all has something to do with being absolutely slammed with work, breaking a finger (nail gun accident), and adopting a baby pup (7weeks old when I got her.. now she's 13wks!!)

Anyway, here's a quick post of a basement development that is currently in the final finishing/touch-up stage. Changed a wide open basement on to a nice little sewing room to meet my client's needs.

Project for project complete. Congrats to owners and for the awesome final results. On to the next!

130% Pup approved!! ✅ Final got our front yard in order 😁 I bought my place 7 yrs ago and it came with a badly damaged lawn and a crappy paver stone patio. Every spring/summer I would try to fix the lawn but never made any headway... it just got worse year after year. Then 2 years ago I got rid of ⅓ of it by putting in a redneck deck (pallet structure 🤣). Things started to look better.... but the following year the remaining lawn pretty much died. Things got to the point of no return, so I did what I should have done years ago: ripped out the old and lay out some new sod. Turned into a quick 1.5 day yard makeover project. Super happy with the results and that it's finally done! 😊😊

Swim days!! After a hard, hot work day spent lying in the shade of a big tree while dad worked on a roof, we went for a dip followed by a good rub down before climbing back in the truck 🐾😁

Something new happening here......

Another job for a great business client: went in and reframed bathroom, installed new drywall, ceiling texture, paint, flush mount medicine cabinet, window trim, and bathroom accessories. Can't wait to see the countertops go in and do all the finishing touch-ups for completion.

Helped a client out with touch-ups and finishing touches on this super sleek kitchen remodel. Went through and patched up a few walls; caulked, filled, finished/painted all the baseboard; filled any gaps in between cabinets, backsplash and walls... Tidying up and tightening up that finish 👍😁 Came out looking great!

Small Job for one of my business clients: Fireplace Niche delete and chopped down a peninsula wall from bar height to cabinet height to fit a flush mount waterfall quartz countertop. This place will look awesome once it's done!

Quick rebuild for a water loss insurance claim client. Rebuilt the fire barrier and entire bathroom ceiling. Full repaint, finish carpentry, etc. 4 trip rebuild. Client was super happy to finally have their place rebuilt 3 months after the initial damage. Unfortunately, that's how long it can take insurance and condo boards to come to a decision to approve repairs that take less than a week to complete 😳

My heart breaks to know I'll never share the stage with you again, both in music and in life. You were my best friend, my big brother from another mother, my mentor, my family. Big voice, huge guitar sound, and an absolutely enormous heart. I only have the greatest memories of you and they will be with me forever. Rest in peace dearest Gary. 'Til we meet again. Love you Bro.❤️

That time -36°C weather caused a pipe to freeze and burst in you upstairs neighbours' apartment. We make accidents look like they never happened!

Phase Four - Part 2:
Finishing, Reinstall cabinet doors and drawer fronts, caulk and fill all gaps around cabinetry to walls, repaint all wall, touch-up cabinet paint. Finish sand countertops with 320 grit sandpaper and apply final coat of sealant/finish (4th cost - waterproof and maintenance free). Reinstall all appliances, did a final cleanup of all cabinet boxes with disinfectant (ready for use), cleaned all floors, tile backsplash, and appliances. This kitchen is ready to rock n' roll! 😊

Final trip is booked to adjust all cabinet doors and drawer faces, level all appliances, and install the custom sizes doors for the newly rebuilt hoodfan cabinet. Once this is done we can call it a wrap! 😁
