The main feature these clients requested was this very eye-catching triple gable design. Two bedroom, two and a half bath with a spacious sun room overlooking the lake. Check out the decorative timber framing in the dining/living area designed by our clients.

B&L House Plans just finished this project. It's a spacious two car garage with a cozy 1 bedroom apartment up above. These clients knew exactly what they wanted and we can't wait to see their home come to fruition! Now my wife wants a soaker tub. ;)

It is always a pleasure working with home owners that know what they want! This magnificent 5500 sq oceanfront home comes with a few unique features. The pictures speak for themselves - crows nest for viewing the ocean and a barrel roof over the main entry. 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms. Many people wonder if obtaining a proper set of plans for a construction is a worthwhile investment. In fact, it’s a common opinion that a full set of blue prints is unnecessary, and using a home-made hand drawn sketch is a good way to save money on a project. However, is this really the case? Consider the following -
1. Having a complete set of drawings at the very start of the project makes it easy to get a estimates from building supply dealers, contractors, and other trades so you’ll have a very good idea of what the project will cost before you even start.
2. A professionally drawn set of plans will clearly show how the structure will meet building code & make it easy to obtain a building permit. A hand-drawn sketch may not provide enough information, or be clear with respect to code requirements.
