Self care Sunday calls for a love latte ❤️❤️❤️Brew tea of your choice. My favourite is Pukka love tea. Choose your favourite plant based milk and add some maple syrup or raw sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of beet root powder. Froth your milk and add to your tea. Sprinkle with cinnamon and rose petals. Enjoy!

This morning I had heard that English potter, John Leach had passed away. He was one of my favourites. I had the pleasure of meeting him during a conference many years ago. He was very passionate about clay and the ceramics community. He was generous with his knowledge and he will be deeply missed.
