From park benches to picnic tables, we've got you covered. An exceptional playground design is about more than just the slides and swings - it's about crafting an all-encompassing inclusive community space.

Just wanted to pause for a moment and talk about something near and dear to our hearts — playgrounds. Now, we know what you're thinking. "Of course, Madera loves playgrounds, they build them!" Well, you're right, but it's not just about the building for us, it's about the communities we serve, the children we see grow, and the families that gather there.

Why are playgrounds so important? They're more than just colorful structures dotting our parks, they're vital environments where our children engage, explore, and learn. Each slide, swing, and climbing frame is a stage for countless developmental milestones. They promote physical health, sure, but they also boost cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

And let's not forget about the parents. Playgrounds offer a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents, fostering a sense of community and mutual support. They also create beautiful opportunities to bond with your children, to share in their joy and discovery. Building a new playground at the Narrows day use area to accommodate accessibility, activities for toddlers ages 2-5 and for kids ages 5-12 is conditional on receiving $30,000 in donations by Aug. 15, 2023.
