A short time ago we hit a deer in our ford expedition, I’ve never had to make that call to insurance in my many years driving… however, I made the call and one of the first questions I was asked was is everyone okay… that was a comforting question…
Eric was very easy to talk to about our situation, and was very helpful in getting us to the right place. It happened at 6:30am and by noon the truck was at the body shop for a quote. I was also in a rental car by the same time so our lives didn’t get turned upside down with not having a vehicle.
The whole process was very easy to navigate and Eric was awesome in getting it taken care of without us having to worry about it. By the end of the week the car was quoted and replacement parts were ordered, and another week and a half the truck was repaired… looked better than before the deer…
Dropped off the rental car, and picked up the truck and didn’t have to worry about anything. Paid my deductible happily and was on my way.
