I’m really proud of the composition, I feel like I’m getting a bit better at posing and movement; shading can always use work! 😂

I am in love with making glasses chains right now! I used a combination of glass beads & semi-precious gemstones (amethyst, green adenturine, watermelon & tourmaline quartz) with nickle-free metal with gold plating.

I'm so proud of this adorable birthday gift! I had a request for a Pokemon plush, and found Sew Desu Ne? provided yet again! Choly Knight's patterns are easy, fun & have a charming impact! Plus they are free!
I don't have an embroidery machine (if anyone wants to donate $400 I can get one! 🤣) So I used fabric paint instead! I think it has a nice alternative look to embroidery.

I don't normally share my cats, but listen, they are really pretty. Dante & Apollo are my boys, they are brother's, and Aria is our fluffy partial-Maine C**n girly. Dante is small & loves pets & always looks worried. Apollo is so handsome but not the brightest, & prefers my shoulder to sleep on. Aria can't sit still, unless I give her 5 minutes of pets, then she might lay down long enough for me to snap a few clear photos. She also always looks perpetually grumpy, and same girl, same.

I finished this little gift for my friend's daughter - it's a little black cat (they lost their black cat last year due to old age) and some cute potion shakers in a "knitted" basket. I am in love with this little set!

Art vs Artist!
As I looked back on the art I completed this year, I felt disappointed in myself for not doing more. But then I remembered that I did a lot of bullet journal layouts, sewing and writing this year. So I'm feeling pretty accomplished based on what I did get done. Even small projects, like knitting a dishcloth, are wins in my book!

Sometimes I come across an artist that inspires me, and today it was and her beautiful marker portraits with flowers! I am very excited to dig into lining & colouring this sketch, I'm going to try some markers! (But I will also have a backup for digital in case it doesn't work out 😊)

It feels good to finish something again! There are so many things I need to get done, but finishing something small gives me the dopamine I need to start on the larger tasks.

Decided to play around with my Gouache again! My favourite part is mixing colours, obviously! 🤣

So I designed this to be painted on the window at my front door, but then I started playing with colours, and of course some shading would look good. Anyway, I accidentally spent a few hours making this! 🤣
I'm thinking it would be a cute sticker! Thoughts?

Working on a personal project I've wanted to do for a while, a monochromatic moon (this one has some grey-lilac flowers). What do you think? I wanted to do one in blues, too!

I got much more decorative for August than I did July, but they look very similar. I love my Bujo to keep track of my appointments & memories, but I am enjoying keeping it simple!
