Finally some time to do my own deck 🤣
Pressure washed and sanded, and then reapplied the stain

A much better week weather wise 🌞
My customer called me in the winter about her concrete patio
The product she had paid to have applied 2 years ago was peeling off like wallpaper 😳
So my job was to scrape, sand, and pressure wash as much as the peeling cover as I could
Then I primed with Stix bonding primer and used Sure Grip, an acrylic paint with a gritty surface
I also scraped, primed and painted the foundation bricks in a deep grey, and while I was there with my pressure washer I did the siding as well 😊
Sadly I didn’t get a Finished picture 🤣I was in a hurry to get to rowing 😳

Finished up with the baby’s room, ready for her arrival in a few weeks🍼😀
and a shiny new Red front door ❤️
Door to the garage and the back entrance doors are matching the walls in a pale grey

I’ve been working in this house all week and it’s beginning to look spectacular
From dark, and depressing colours to bright blue, yellow and a vibrant orange
Bold colours that stand out and say notice me❤️

Finished up a lovely bathroom make over yesterday, my customer had the whole bathroom gutted, adding great walk in shower and double vanity
So modern and clean . Benjamin Moore Aura kitchen and bath in chantilly lace
And while I was there I freshened up the hallway and all the trim and baseboards throughout the house

I almost thought my cat Thomas had come to work with me 😳
Textured walls and ceiling are proving tough to cover….. round 3 tomorrow 💪🏼🤪

We were on a driving holiday to the east coast, it was a wonderful vacation but now it’s back to work 🤪
Sanding and scraping some windows before the weather changes
Luckily we’ve had some warm days to get it done
I didn’t take any finished pics… oops
Because I got stung by a wasp just as I was finishing up 🐝😳

What a fabulous week for outside painting
It was perfect summer temps
The railings had to be replaced, so from scratch, shellac base cover stain to seal the knots, then oil base primer topped with Benjamin Moore exterior regal in soft gloss
Looks great 😊

It’s been a quiet week
The weather hasn’t helped for outside projects with the
Rain and heat warnings 😳🌞🤪
I did get some doors and trim finished last week before the hot days settled in 😀
Thank goodness ❤️

Sometimes I have to shake my head at a ‘professional’installation
This is repair was done by a professional bathroom installer to access the upstairs drain!
My job is to try and make it disappear
Sorry i can’t 😢
The walls, cabinet doors and bulkhead, are now matching in a soft off white
At least the repair doesn’t stand out quite so stark

The fireplace and family room are finished, I’m really pleased how the fireplace worked out, so bright and clean…

This project is going to take a bit of work 😳 it will keep me busy for a few days 🥴

Another condo completed… this condo is going on the market in May, there were a few minor wall and ceiling repairs before I could start with ceilings, walls , trim and doors 😳

I also cleaned up baseboards and the back door at my house ❤️
Next week I start in another condo
Going on the market for sale
Staying busy for sure 💪🏼🙂

Working on a trim, doors and baseboards job… they were tired, and chipped
So a fresh coat of white alkyd Benjamin Moore in satin freshened everything up
