I could easily say that my sister and my mom was a mentor to me. They mentor me mentally to be strong, to be humble, to be grounded, to listen to others, instead of saying your opinion first. Those things were the first steps of my life. I remember my mom always telling me, "Be honest, be straight, even if it's wrong, and it's okay if you do something wrong because that's how you learn, and that's how you don't make the same mistakes.” In the kitchen is basically the same thing. You do the same things and then you just... if you make mistakes, the chef will tell you, "Don't do it this way, don't do it that way." They'll drill you. They'll break you down but I think that's where you become... you step up to the next level and you keep on leveling up and growing as a cook.

“Cooking for me has always also been how you show affection to people. You can really show care and affection through food. I think it was the year before I went home and for Christmas, I just wanted to cook for my grandma, because I don't get to do that often. So I just wanted to make sure that I cooked for her and it meant a lot to me. They also don't get to eat my food ever, right? Especially my mom too. And this trip that we just did to Italy, it was one of the nights that we just were kind of sick of going out, so we just bought food and cooked. And my mom was so emotional and I'm like, what's the matter? And she's like, well, I don't get to eat your food, ever. No, it's definitely something that I look forward to when I see my family.”

Etalk Season 20 is here! 🥳
At the start of the summer, we were approached to create the 20th season promo for Canada's #1 Entertainment Show etalk]] 💯💯💯
The project sounded a lot of fun, and the talented was heading it. Our job was to work alongside the etalk]] team to create a promo to tease the show's new season. We also had to do this all on a fairly tight timeline!

This was the time we had fun with on set. Shoots are so much more fun when you get to work with amazing people and on great projects. Plus, fun projects are right up our alley.

After wrapping up a project on Canada's east coast, we ventured to the breathtaking Cabot Trail. It was one of those unplanned adventures that turned into an incredible memory.
This trip brought winding roads, ocean views and endless possibilities that led us up the stairway to heaven.
It was a fantastic journey full of spontaneity, and we hope to get the chance to go back ASAP.
