Last dinner in Osaka, I made a reservation at a place I’ve wanted to try for years!
and their amazing Wagyu beef.
It was unbelievable!!! We had tataki, Wagyu sushi, and many different cuts grilled to perfection at our table.
Had a crazy lunch experience yesterday in Osaka. Went to the big moving crab place lol. Found out when we sat down that it was ALL YOU CAN EAT HOKKAIDO SNOW CRAB!!!
Jenna does not like crab as much as AB and I but she joined in. That saying “Too much of a good thing” it’s true, the first round was a 14/10, 2nd round was a 10/10 but that 3rd round was overkill, was great but I don’t want to see smell or taste crab for awhile!

Was able to do 2 parties this weekend for 2 people who always ask me to do their Christmas gatherings. I had to say yes, they always have my back and always refer me to people, even though this year I haven’t had the time to do many. These keep me fresh and my skills relatively sharp. I love my new career but nothing beats the rush of a kitchen and the strict timelines within it.

First up Chef Dominique Crenn’s super raved about .crenn Atelier Crenn. The best Michelin meal I’ve ever had, the courses we all so insanely thought about and presented beautifully. The menu is a poem that chef writes and builds the progression of courses.
First Culinary Experiences party in quite some time. I’ve been so busy with my new career and man I’ve missed doing this. Thanks to for bringing me out of “Retirement” to do this wonderful baby shower for Heather.
