👋 Meet Javed—the project manager of our new development in Osoyoos, BC!

We're thrilled to have him at the helm of the Brightwater build. He's been expertly navigating this Okanagan Valley project, ensuring it's all smooth sailing as we forge ahead with this wonderful waterside condominium.

Q. Tell us a little bit about yourself.

A: I love the outdoors, and I enjoy a good BBQ with friends and family. I also like to design and build things.

Q: Can you tell us about your background in construction?

A: I have been working in the construction industry for roughly 20 years now. I started out as an architectural draftsman, and then I went on to become a construction site superintendent, and then moved into project management. I have built everything from residential to commercial buildings and hotels.

Q: What was your first impression of Osoyoos?

A: Osoyoos is a very beautiful town. The residents there are very friendly.

Q. What are your favourite restaurants in Osoyoos?

A. The Owl Pub and The Sage Pub.

Q. What have you enjoyed doing in your spare time?

A. Walking along the beach is very relaxing. The parks are very clean as well. Everything is in close proximity.

Did you know Osoyoos Lake is the warmest freshwater lake in Canada? The average temperature in July and August is 24°C.

Brightwater will be situated on the eastern edge (on Lakeshore Drive), between the two unique sand and gravel spits that bisect the lake.

On behalf of Meadow Brook Estates (our condo development in Brooks, AB), we've happily made a donation to HALO Air Ambulance. Two owners at Meadow Brook (Ron and Jan), along with sales agent Line Zuniga, joined Captain Ryan Shrives, First Officer Kate Tian and Halo CEO Paul Carolan this morning for a tour of one of Halo's medivac helicopters and a behind-the-scenes introduction to their dedicated operations in Southern Alberta.
