My best piece yet.. Im pretty happy with this one yet I still have so much to learn.

I’m excited to move into the next project! Near the end of my drawings I find I have an itch to start a new one. Still haven’t broken my rule on not starting a new piece without finishing my current thought.
I got this image from patreon. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The perfect reference drawing if I have ever seen one! 🔥❤️
26 hours! 11x14 paper. Strathmore velum. Really had a lot of fun doing this. There’s also slot that could be better. I’m pretty happy with it though! can’t wait for the next project 🤙🏻✍️

What do you think of this portrait?

My first eye vs my most recent. If only I hadn’t stopped drawing for nearly a year, I wonder where I would have been. Just trying to learn something and get better every drawing.
So proud of this piece.
Geralt progress. What do you think so far!?
Definitely want bigger paper for portraits … that being said this is shaping up nicely! ✍️
18 hours of drawing and we are complete. Learned a lot on this project, first real hyper realism piece. Lots to improve upon, I notice a lot of little mistakes, but pretty dang happy overall! 🤙🏻💯 - -
Cool lighting.. the skin texture is a little sloppy but we are getting there… first time doing anything near this detail.
Details are coming, turning out pretty well so far. Really just learning how to get used to using the right pencil and getting the details right. Pretty happy with the progress. I find erasing the details and then filling in with graphite after the easiest for myself…Any tips for the finer details that you d learned and use?? Let me know!
Ahh it’s coming along now! It’s kind of funny because I’ve been learning how to fill in the details along the way and the way I’ve been doing it has changed in different sections. Trying to figure out what works and doesn’t. This has been an amazing project so far and have learned a lot. Cannot wait to finish this, it’s so close I can taste it! Let me know what you think of this drawing so far? 👇.
Progress! Values are off for sure still, but learning a lot with this project. About 14 hours into drawing at this point.
Progress so far. It’s starting to turn out. Having a lot of fun with this one!! Any comments or critique welcome.
Project update. There’s some inconsistencies, but it’s getting there. Can’t wait to start getting into some more detail on this one.
Just a weird mix of anime and realism. Just a sketch, but hope to be starting on some larger and fun projects again soon here. Inspiration is from Lelouch: Code Geass.
Just a little hand sketching, trying to figure out the shapes and everything.
I never ended up finishing this one, it’s before I even started using charcoal at all. But looking back I really should have stuck to it. I find because I don’t have the time I would like to draw, too many new ideas pop into my head and I leave so much work half finished. It’s something I need to work on.
It’s been a wild few months for me. I have been pretty much unable to draw at all. This was the project I was working on, and I plan on getting back to it now. I have a passion for drawing and I love being able to sit back and look at something I created with my own hands. Nothing else. There’s something raw and inspiring about that. Seeing so many great artists out there and so much jaw dropping work is also a great inspiration. So thank you to all who have been around so far, and i look forward to drawing and sharing it all with you guys when I get the time and chance. . .
Saw this post from with the picture of this eye. I decided to try and draw it. It definitely felt like it was out of my skill set, and there’s a ton of things I could have done much better. But I’m actually pretty happy with the result.. it was definitely fun. First time using tape as a border and I ended up ripping a bit of the paper lol. Anyways.. thanks for stopping by.
Did a drawing of my step kids favourite characters eye at his request. The Nine tails eye. My reference was anime, but I tried to put a realistic spin on it.. also the first time I’ve ever tried to draw fur. And on that note.. I’d anyone has tips for critique for the fur, let me know:).
Well there’s lots I could have done better. Made a lot of mistakes and also Learned alot doing this eye. Let me know what you think in the comments.
Just a quick eye sketch. Pretty happy with how this turned out. Been so busy the last few days and haven’t had time to do much drawing, so this was fun to complete.
Progress of my current portrait drawing.. been a little busy so can’t draw as much as I’d like recently, but it’s coming along.
First time using Pit pastel colours… just sketched a quick rose. .
