Dr. Aminzadeh founded ByDesign Dentistry in 2015, with the goal of providing his patients with the highest level of comprehensive, customized care. He continues to develop his clinical skills through accredited educational programs and has been a clinical instructor with the UBC Faculty of Dentistry.

As a consultant for oral and maxillofacial surgeons, periodontists, and general dentists and as a digital workflow expert, Dr. Aminzadeh advises on the use of implant planning software, implant placement, and custom prosthodontic restorations.

Born in Parma, Italy, Dr. Ballo spent close to two decades studying, working, and travelling between continents. Following several successful years in private practice and a postgraduate education, Dr. Ballo moved to Vancouver in 2012, where he became a Clinical Assistant Professor at the UBC Faculty of Dentistry.

A widely published and internationally respected clinician and lecturer, Dr. Ballo’s main focus within clinical practice, teaching, and research is aesthetic and implant dentistry. He is also an expert in the implementation of cutting-edge digital technologies for complex implant oral rehabilitation.
