I made this for my lovely colleague as a fun shirt to wear at work. People don't understand what nurses roles are until they are there in the hospital experiencing it all with the nurses. We do it all. We do too much and we are underappreciated (that is until covid hit last year)! We make sure our patients are safe, we ensure the doctors have ordered the right things and that things are not missed. People don't know this.. it is assumed that nurses are there to clean up p**p and hand you water.. yes we do all that too but there is so so much more.
