This is my last outdoor class and I want to thank everyone who joined my classes and have supported my work this summer.

It has been the highlight of each week to move and connecting to nature in community. 🍃✨

After class I invite you to join me for a picnic if you can. I'll bring snacks. Feel also free to bring anything you would like to eat or share.

This year I've teamed up with to offer a special morning yoga class and paddle boarding session.

Date: August 21st | Time: 8:30AM Location: Locarno Beach (West Point Grey)

We'll start the morning with a gentle yoga practice. After the class we'll get out on the water for a two hours paddle boarding session.

Let's breathe in the fresh sea air and move in the great outdoors. 🌊🧘‍♀️☀️

All levels welcome!

Investment: $30 for the paddle board (all equipment included) + Pay What You Can for the yoga class.

This event is first-come, first served; 3 spots are currently available (this number is subject to change).

Join us for an evening to celebrate International yoga day and Summer Solstice with yoga, meditation and kirtan.

We'll begin with a gentle guided movement & breath practice led by , and a relaxing Yin yoga and meditation practice with me, that will help you to balance the yang energy. During the summer solstice your yang energy reaches its peak. Followed by kirtan led by Dhira Grahi to celebrate and sing together.

Kirtan is a meditation on chanting mantras (ancient sounds or combinations of words that are believed to have a special spiritual power) with instrumental accompaniment. A Kirtan session is usually a call and response, so everyone can participate and benefit, even non-singers!

Feel free to bring whatever instrument you like to play, or just bring yourself.

After Kirtan we’ll have an optional picnic to get together and contemplate sunset. Please bring anything you would like to eat and share.

When: Tuesday, June 21st | 6:30pm-9pm

Where: Stanley Park (The exact location is sent to you after registration)

Cost: by Donation | Suggested donation - CAD$15-35 or whatever you can afford.

Yoga outdoors is baaaaaack!

Join me for the first yoga in the park of the season, starting next Wednesday, June 8th.

I'll be teaching in two different locations this year.

Wednesdays: 6:30 - 7:30PM | English Bay - Sunset Beach

Saturdays: 10:30 - 11:30AM | Kitsilano - Vanier Park

Class will be gentle, accessible for all bodies and beginner-friendly.

Space is limited. Pre-register to save your spot.

You can book your class on eventbrite (link in bio) or via direct message, if paying with cash or e-transfer.

Class will be cancelled if mother nature brings the rain. Thank you for your understanding.

As a yoga teacher one of the most common things I hear is "I'm not flexible enough for yoga".

We're conditioned to believe yoga is about getting to touch your toes. Something to "be good at".

What if instead of focusing on what you can't do, you start where you are and take time to appreciate what you can do.

Find whatever strengths you can identify, keep building on them with patience, self-awareness and compassion. Gradually, you'll start to notice things changing.

And while yoga can help improve flexibility, this is only one tiny aspect of it. By having consistent practice, you're going to get much more than just being able to touch your toes.
I promise you.
