Some mobility assistance additions to a customers home. Always a good idea for our parents as they age. Hand grabs in bathrooms and railings on both sides of the stairs.

Freshening up a backyard shed. A little upgrading of trim, some paint touch up and it'll be just like new!

A landlord had safety concerns at one of his rentals. The railing was broken off from tenants lending on it. Custom wrought irons braces installed and extra strong concrete back filled to near level. New pardging will be applied at some point for esthetics. In the mean time safe and sound once again.

Commercial project. Metal structured wall to help separate a customers packaging area from its manufacturing area.

Helped a new customer replace an older faulty exhaust fan. Terribly messy installation by the previous installer. I always recommend a high CFM (cubic feet per minute) exhaust fan. 600CFM minimum upwards of 1200CFM. Most builder grade exhaust fans run 100 to 150 CFM. Higher CFM helps eliminate cooking smells and potentially toxic fumes from your home.

I've been a certified Home Depot and Rona VIP Pro for quite a few years now doing builds and installations for many of their products. They have contractor breakfasts and BBQs once and awhile which is nice, when we have time to stop. Today I won a nice little cooler care package as a thank you!

Damaged screen doors are typical after a summer of kids, dogs and heavy handed BBQ masters in and out over the summer. Give me a call and I'll have you sorted as good as new in no time!

A quick and easy repair.

Raccoons! Those Rascally Rabbits, I mean raccoons. Luckily there was no damage within the attic of a customers guest house. The repair was quick and easy and out of the sight line from the main house.

Alittle update for one of my customers. An easy installation bringing their new home into the 21st Century. It's so much more convenient controlling your furnace, and cameras on your cellphone. Surprisingly it doesn't take long to master. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

FACEBOOK Marketplace! Has some great finds. A customer of mine found this cool 'steam punk' shelving unit. New still in the box! Though the instructions were lacking; and my belief in the reason the original owner sold it... Took me some time...but well worth the effort for my customer. A cool piece that adds some great space and Lux to her laundry room.

Quick Ikea Install. Side note I do multiple Ikea kitchen and house bar installs a year. I love their products. Reasonably priced with good build quality.

Out with the old in with the new. A quick 2 hour install updating a customers home. Dual Nest Thermostats, Alexa, camera and Ring doorbell.

A customer of mine asked if I could clean up their deck. A decent improvement with a couple of environmentally friendly products and some time with the pressure washer. There's a few boards to be replaced because of the rot. But otherwise they're good to go. Keep your decks clean and free of debris with a good washing. Keep the gaps between the boards clear of organize matter as water needs to drain to avoid mossy growth and darkening of the boards.

Its all coming together for this long time customer. Just bits and pieces, there's so much going on at this Century Home in RichmondHill. Stay tuned!

Upgraded a few outlets for a customer. Much nicer convenience with high output amperage for faster charging.

New valves and k***s resolved the squeeking and tight turning set!

Helped MacGyver a fix, on an older then I am Expoxy paint mixer. From commercial to residential; I love it when a plan comes together. ( A Team )

Not an overly noticeable difference visually. But replacing a customer's low cfm ( cubic feet per minute) exhaust fan with a higher volume cfm and much quiter fan, made a world of difference to the family!

A regular customer of mine asked me to source a decal for his front office desk. Something I do often with the help of a local printing company.

A long time regular customer had me move her washer/dryers location within her Century home's mudroom/extension that was added on some 20 plus yrs ago. From the pictures you can see some shady workmanship from the past. The floor will be closed up, subfloor added, insulated with new matching 1" x 5" custody milled hardwood. Of course new trim etc will follow.

Put up some NOW OPEN decals for a customer today. Weathers getting nicer, patio will be open soon enough.
