A lot of people believe you require this extravagant skincare routine to have clear and glowing skin, where as that is far from the truth.
All you really need is a good cleanser, moisturizer and SPF. Throw in an exfoliant 1-2x a week for that extra kick!😚
▪️ I suggest a double cleanse to ensure you are getting all your makeup and debris off your skin from the day. At night only.
If you do a good cleanse at night then you really don't need to cleanse in the morning. Don't ever think the more you cleanse the cleaner and clearer your skin will be, because in reality it will actually increase irritation, inflammation and take away the beneficial oil that your skin needs to remain plump and hydrated! AND can actually cause more breakouts!!
TIP- If your skin feels 'squeeky' clean and slightly dry and taut after cleansing, then you are probably over cleansing your face.

▪️ ALWAYS moisturize. Morning and Night. If you cleanse then you NEED to moisturize. Period.
TIP- Moisturize on damp skin

▪️If you plan on leaving your house, sitting by a window or driving in your car, then yes, you HAVE to wear Sunscreen.
SPF ALL DAY, EVERYDAY! 😊

▪️ Don't forget to stay hydrated!💦
Buy yourself a re-fillable water bottle that ensures you are drinking enough water every day. This really does make a huge difference and also is super beneficial for your health!
